Evidence semantics
A result describes evidence found within the bounded operation requested. A search miss does not establish universal absence. A company filing proves what the company reported in that filing, not necessarily the external truth of every statement.
Automated access
Automated access is an intended use. Clients should follow published contracts, respect bounded request limits, avoid abusive traffic, and identify synthetic conformance traffic when using documented testing headers.
